I was dealing with Raj over the course of two days regarding a car and organised a trade-in and inspection on one of their vehicles. Since the dealership is over an hour away from me, I had to rearrange my schedule and make time for the trip. Very disappointed with my experience. The vehicle was advertised in a way that did not accurately reflect its actual condition. Important details were either not disclosed or were misleading, which made the whole process frustrating and a waste of time. I travelled expecting one thing and found something completely different. Honest and transparent advertising is important when buying a car, and unfortunately that was not my experience here. Very disappointing experience. Communication was poor, and I felt my concerns were not taken seriously. The process took longer than expected, and I was not satisfied with the level of customer service I received. Overall, I would not return and cannot recommend this business based on my experience. They tried to hide all the cars fault.
Had a great experience with Raj buying a Subaru Forester. He was friendly and professional. I was able to test drive the car and get a mechanic to inspect. The sale included 15 month warranty and road side assistance. The delivery of the car was also greatly appreciated. He made the process very easy. I would recommend his dealership if you are looking for a car.
