They are absolutely unprofessional. My experience with this company was highly disappointing. They repeatedly rescheduled our agreed-upon solar panel installation date. After finally confirming a new date, they were set to arrive at 10:00 AM but called at 8:45 AM to cancel, just 15 minutes prior. This last-minute cancellation, following multiple reschedules, was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.
