Impark will ticket you even if you pay for parking. Their machine is broken so we paid using the Zipstall app. Paid $12 for parking and received a ticket for $97.00. I will never park at Impark again and I suggest everyone else park elsewhere. In response to Impark reply... the meter is broken and you still ticket people like vultures as soon as you can. Parking is expensive for the average worker. You have to be a doctor or lawyer to be able to afford to park here.
The construction people dumped paint on my new car (1 year old car!) and now Impark is sending me to deal with their contractor to get my car fixed.Constant construction, my car is always dirty, every single day. I am tired of washing it so I just leave it dirty now. I switched to park upstairs just so they wouldn't damage my car even more.
