I have lived in this apartment complex for a little over a year, I actually just renewed my lease. I live in a 2-bedroom unit and it is absolutely huge. For the area of town, the size of the units, and the nice new renovations they just completed you cannot find a better deal in town. My maintenance requests are always completed promptly and the staff in the office is always friendly & helpful.
The apartments are absolutely huge, my 2-bedroom is over 1300 square feet. They put in new cabinets, counter-tops, & wood flooring in the kitchens and installed tile throughout the bathroom. In West Omaha, you will not find a larger unit that is this nice. I have never had a problem with maintenance or management, but I also pay my rent on time and therefore expect any issues to be taken care of. Me, my Wife, and our daughter have lived here for several years and enjoy the swimming pool and plenty of open area for our pets.

I moved into my 1-bedroom Apartment in 2010, it was not remodeled at the time and I paid \$500.00/month for 750 sq. ft. (I thought this was a steal in 68114!) Then in 2011, the maintenance came in and replaced my kitchen cabinets & countertops, they put in tile in the bathrooms, and new lights and faucets. I have lived in the 1001 Apartments for 6 years. It’s my last. The latest management company (Cornerstone Commercial) is the worst of all of them. The place has gone down hill since they took over. They have a problem hiring & keeping good maintenance men. The good ones always quit after only a short time. It’s scary to think how many master keys are floating around. They worry about fixing up units to rent before fixing the existing problems. Cornerstone has lowered the new tenant leasing standards so low that we have ended... read more
