0/5 Within just a few weeks, my vehicle was broken into twice, several windows were smashed, and personal belongings were stolen. Leaving a vehicle here feels genuinely unsafe. Broken windows, stolen items, and shattered glass around the parking spaces appear to have become a regular problem at this location. There are also frequently groups of homeless people drinking and leaving garbage around the lot. I strongly recommend that Impark management take the safety and security issues at this lot seriously. The lot itself is fine, but if you park here, make sure you pay at the meter to get the advertised price. Do NOT use the hangTag online payment system. After fees, the cost is $12 and system outages that prevent payments from going through seem to be common. The advice from their customer service was that if I got a ticket, to go through the whole process to dispute it. Waste of time.
