We had an issue with our trailer while we were camping at Charleston lake Provincial Park or we thought we did. When we plugged in to the pedestal our surge protector indicated that there was no reverse polarity. We had the park come and test the pedestal and their tester showed there was no issue at the pedestal. After several more attempts to solve the issue on our own we contacted 1000 Island RV Center and spoke to Alicia and she was able to get us in for an appointment the next day after 9:00 am. We had a fantastic experience here. We were travelling from Kingston on hwy 401 with our trailer that seemed to be moving around alot in an unsafe way. We quickly stopped in and the service people helped us right away making an adjustment to our hookup system and checked everything to make sure we were safe and away we went. So happy we happened to be close by and they helped us right away. Thank you.
Fantastic service. I came from North Bay Ontario about 5 hours away and I couldn’t be happier with the service. I had warranty work done on my Intech Sol Dawn Rover. Betty Jean was great to deal with and scheduled with Intech to get a new 12v fridge for me. Noah suggested adding an additional fan behind the fridge to also help with the overheating issue. They did this all free of charge. This is a dealership that I will tell my friends and coworkers about.
Can’t return calls or emails my husband has left messages called emailed and no response talked to someone once and said she would get back to him still nothing terrible customer service as far as I’m concerned
