Jason was kind but easy going. He showed us all the trailers I wanted to see and even though I went a different way, I’d still recommend them, just based on how he treated us.
Our experience with 1000 Islands RV has been great. Excellent sales and service. We had some problems with our trailer and 1000 Islands RV took care of the issues. Absolutely Great service!
I bought a used motor home from 1000 islands RV Centre and during pre-inspection (orientation) it was apparent the self levelling jacks needed some work, not only did they replace the pump but all the hydraulic lines and now works like brand new! They also replaced a cracked skylight. During MTO inspection the tires, all six were all replaced and the vehicle safety checked and anything needed was fixed or replaced with no qualms or concerns. We'll call you back should be the service department's modo. I would give zero rating if I could. I will never deel with these people ever again. Bought a brand new trailer from them in May 2025. Had to fight for two months to get work done on warranty. It took three months for parts to come in They literally never call you back. Wasted a whole camping season thanks to them. Waiting on their incompetent staff. Avoid this place. It's absolutely ridiculous.
I would strongly advise any potential buyer to go elsewhere. Headline is great sales team, pushy finance, and appalling service. I think anybody spending $200 to 300,000 would expect exemplary service. With my first RV,, I was not told when I drove off the fore court that they already knew of problems with it and had ordered parts.That was for a broken window lock.
