I would strongly advise any potential buyer to go elsewhere. Headline is great sales team, pushy finance, and appalling service. I think anybody spending $200 to 300,000 would expect exemplary service. With my first RV,, I was not told when I drove off the fore court that they already knew of problems with it and had ordered parts.That was for a broken window lock. We are in a motorhome and towing a Chev Colorado with a RoadMaster tow bar set up. We are on a cross Canada trip and on arrival at RV campground in Kingston, for some reason one base plate tore off the truck. Thankfully there and not on the freeway. After a bunch of calls and internet search, RoadMaster directed me to 1000 Islands RV as their certified location. Purchased a new Tab 400 in May 2024 brougth it in for service in November and they still have and it is not ready yet although they told me they had the parts required to repair it more that two and half weeks ago . Already missed two long weekends of camping. I imagine a commercial they ran telling future customers they would have their new purchases ready for the long weekend caused delays to the repairs of my camper as it's already paid for.
