My experience with 1000 Islands Docks was exceptional. From the initial consultation through various iterations of design, Rick and the team were able to come up with a custom design that totally met our needs. During assembly and installation the attention to detail and workmanship were absolutely top notch. The system is working better than we anticipated and I would highly recommend 1000 Islands Docks.
Very pleased with the product but the service was exceptional. Rick delivered the docks,, placed & assembled them, and walked me through the shore installation process. He even lent me tools. I could not have been more impressed.
Rick and Kate did a great job with our Candock installation! Their personalized installation made for an absolutely wonderful customer experience.
I inquired about a CanDock floating dock system, and was referred to Rick & Kate at 1000 Islands Docks Ltd. They were both a pleasure to deal with! Whether its via email or phone, they are always available to answer any questions or concerns I had throughout the process. Install day was very professional, and we are very happy with the final product. I would highly recommend them for any docking solution you may have. The CanDock system is truly unique and so-far a fantastic product.
Used other dock systems over the years and nothing compares to this product. It's sleek, durable and practical! High winds and varying water levels are no longer an issue. Accessories such as ladders, benches, umbrellas etc..turn the dock into a an outdoor seating area for all to enjoy. Kate and Rick are very professional and responsive and make the entire process a breeze. I highly recommend 1000 Island Docks to anyone interested in making life at the cottage easier and more enjoyable!
