Don’t waste your money on or at this place!!!! $20 thousand dollars for them As a past addict, Sarah Birrell! Apparently he/she was my counsellor. Looking back, Was she qualified ? Absolutely not! Don’t waste your money!!!

My experience was great while attending. I’m now 5 years sober and am struggling a bit and for the amount of money paid I thought I may be entitled to a brief phone call with a former councillor and was told basically to take a hike! This is called triggering someone as an example! Very disappointed.

This review is long over due. I attended 1000 Islands in April 2024. I am forever grateful to the staff!! My primary counsellor Ray help me immensely. This place saved my life, nothing is perfect, but anytime I had a issue no matter how small it was dealt with immediately. I've learned so many tools from 1000 Islands and I would recommend this treatment center to anyone. Thanks everyone from intake, nursing, chefs and john!! Stay blessed!

Can't recommend this company to anyone, executive director is a joke and loves to gossip and pick favorites. Lots of other great staff, not worth the stress unless you like being under appreciated and being under paid. You're literally just a disposable number to this company

I think this is an amazing rehab to go to. You'll feel welcomed by staff and the clients. I came in at my lowest and I am leaving with a positive outlook on life. I am so thankful that I got this experience and I can't wait to come back for alumni day. Thank you to all the staff, my counselor and psychotherapist. I couldn't do the things I did without their insight. Highly recommended.
