My partner and I are currently living at 100 York Apartment’s Office. Within a month of moving we’ve had a few issues, namely a faulty fire alarm and water leaking from our kitchen ceiling. The service technician, Miguel-Angel, was very responsive with dealing our faulty fire alarm-He came in within 30 minutes of me placing a fix-it ticket. He was very personable and professional. Erin in the leasing office has been a pleasure to work with. Helped us from start to finish. Whatever she is being paid it’s not enough. Staff has always been great.
I rated it 4 star because it’s not a perfect place to live but I’m happy and content. They have issues with the elevator which is not very good for someone who lives on the 12th floor and could have mobility issues/disabled person. I do appreciate everyone that works here. Everyone within the leasing office, front desk staff, and maintenance. It’s truly nice to be greeted with a smile from Sharada, Sharina, Karina, and more I also appreciate the maintenance team.
