I rated it 4 star because it’s not a perfect place to live but I’m happy and content. They have issues with the elevator which is not very good for someone who lives on the 12th floor and could have mobility issues/disabled person. I do appreciate everyone that works here. Everyone within the leasing office, front desk staff, and maintenance. It’s truly nice to be greeted with a smile from Sharada, Sharina, Karina, and more I also appreciate the maintenance team. This building is beautiful, but the management is absolutely terrible. I’ve been waiting over a week for maintenance, and no one has shown up. The common areas are filthy—the floors aren’t cleaned at all, and the elevator is constantly out of order. The quality of repairs is extremely poor. When we moved into our apartment, there was even a gas leak, which is completely unacceptable and dangerous. On top of that, the tennis court has been unusable for over a year simply because they haven’t replaced the net. This management ... read more
I am a resident of 100 York and I will leave a more detailed review in another post . I want to thank Sharina that works at the front desk in the main building. No matter how upset I am or the problem I need help with. She always greets me with a welcoming smile. She works diligently in making sure the issue is fixed. Thank you Sharina . Sharina at the front of the leasing office is a great help all the time and the rest of the staff there are great as well. If you need anything, definitely can rely on them. But yall better not come at 4:50 and give my people a hard time. 5 stars always.
