The worst maintenance and management ever. They put me in an apartment with malfunctioning door and when the door lock eventually broke just falling out when I took the key out of it on Sunday night around 9 pm, I asked the concierge on duty to call maintenance because my own phone was locked inside. After waiting for half an hour for the maintenance guy who lives in the same building the concierge asked one of the neighbors to break the door so I would not have to sleep on the floor. So far, I have had a great first month living at 100York. I love the way the hallways smell and everyone is very friendly. The staff is always very helpful and maintenance has done a great job. The grill and pool have been very fun for me. The laundry room is very convenient. The location is great. There are tons of stores & restaurants nearby. Living here has definitely improved my quality of life and lowered my stress!
Home should be a peaceful and cozy place. Mine is just that. Living here has been very pleasant for me. Maintenance is always prompt if there is an issue and the PA system announces for fire alarms, etc. Safety is key and they seem to take mine very seriously.
Living at 100 Old York it’s absolute pleasure. The community offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable lifestyle. I wanted to wait awhile before leaving a review on this place. It’s been almost 2 years and I must say, it’s incredible. The building is well maintained. Whenever there’s an issue, the management is always on top of it. Friendly staff and a pleasure to deal with. For the most part, it’s been peaceful living and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
