I love this place the renovations that they have been doing has been amazing
I have only been living at 100 York Apartments for a little over a month now, and I'm really enjoying it so far. All of the staff have been very friendly and helpful! I haven't had a chance to check out many of the amenities yet, but the pool is very relaxing. My son and I also attended a Bingo Night in the amenities building, which was a lot of fun! Lastly, the maintenance crew, particularly Denzel, has done a great job of taking care of the few minor things I needed done in my apartment. Keep up the great work!
I made the right choice when I decided to move to 100 York. The staff is awesome, very helpful and I love the community events. The location is near several restaurants, cafe's, shopping, and more . 100 York is awesome sauce.
great after renovations looks clean
I lived here from 2018 to 2022 and had the worst experience. I wish I moved out sooner, it was my first time renting and apartment and I had no idea what to expect. The management has sucked throughout my entire stay, maintenance is never there, mice and garbage everywhere, cars stolen from the lot, guests cars towed if it’s a minute after midnight, mold and water leakage everywhere. This place should have been condemned long ago. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE. This place sucks and it’s not worth if
