Don't use any part of Winter Park's Paid parking services. Vanguard is who they allow the benefit to charge you for whatever. Below is my review of a fun experience using their garage I entered the garage at 7:15, and paid at 8:29. Most of that time was spent sitting in the garage, as nothing opens here until 8 or 8:30AM.... The kicker, I still paid for parking, but get penalized for a nuance of their unposted parking guidelines. $35 a day now (Jan 2025), kiosks are often out of paper so you don't get a receipt which is needed to prove payment and avoid the $75 fee
