The entire staff of 100 State is so easy to work with. They answer all calls for repairs quickly and efficiently. I have been here about 10 years and certainly can’t see me moving anywhere else.
I can’t express enough how happy I am living here at 100 State Street. My apt is so comfy and perfect for me, closets galore, the building is exceptionally clean and well maintained. All appliances are up to date and I have an awesome view. I’m so grateful and happy that I waited. The property manager and assistant are wonderful they run this building perfectly with such professionalism and respect. I have no complaints.

I have lived at this address for over two decades and can attest that throughout staff changes HallKeen Management does an exemplary job in caring for the physical plant and the well being of we residents. We have green spaces to sit outdoors, 24 hour emergency maintenance for when things really go wrong, and a caring team at the helm. Do not hesitate. This is an amazing building.
