Very unprofessional man, we signed inclusion list after reading all the contents properly, but in the end lots of things are missing from inclusion list, he doesn't care, he got his profit, being a customer, I am chasing him and his team and all are not reachable at all. He is a biggest lier. Don't trust on him.
To be honest, he doesn't deserve any star, zero customer service, this person have no idea how to do key handover after settlement, just left keys in meter box. He just think about sellers, profits, not about buyers, and can lie limitless. If some issues comes he can easily says he's not working in real-estate industry as a agent so no one can say him anything. So be very careful before giving any business to this person.
Mukul Arora lied about the inclusions with the sale. Told me his business was gone and no longer in business. Was not at all available once the signature was on paper Refuses to return my calls or contact me. He has two faces, a nice face when looking for something but no face when you need help with something would not recommend him.
