There’s nothing luxury about this apartment. The parking garage doors have been broken for over a year. My apartment flooded. Our ceiling if cracking. Maintenance takes weeks to get simple tasks done, my husband end up fixing it himself. major tasks take months. It’s inevitable that your heat or a/c will not be working at some point while you rent here. Eversource bills are 5x more than any other apartment I’ve ever rented. Lived here for a year from 2022 to 2023 and at first I wasn’t going to write this review but I got sent a message on Reddit about this place and I said screw it let me let everyone know. Me and my fiancé at the time moved in when 1 bds were just 2000 and for a 800 plus sq ft apartment that was amazing to us. Huge windows pretty big bedroom and no water or amenities fee sounded great. Worst place to live in Stamford and the main office doesn’t do there job at all they lie about every thing, never in the office. don’t fix anything in apartments really bad to live in Stamford
