Lived here for a year from 2022 to 2023 and at first I wasn’t going to write this review but I got sent a message on Reddit about this place and I said screw it let me let everyone know. Me and my fiancé at the time moved in when 1 bds were just 2000 and for a 800 plus sq ft apartment that was amazing to us. Huge windows pretty big bedroom and no water or amenities fee sounded great. Worst place to live in Stamford and the main office doesn’t do there job at all they lie about every thing, never in the office. don’t fix anything in apartments really bad to live in Stamford
The walls are super thin
With the location convenient to Bedford Street and the slightly lower rent prices you might think this place is worth it but THINK AGAIN. The electric bills are INSANE even though I was very careful with running the heat in the winter. My apartment was always cold since I barely ever wanted to turn it on yet I still paid over $400 some months. The windows are so old, floors need to be replaced, things are just dirty all around the apartment building. I've seen multiple dead mice in the stairwells, the walls have mold, the ca... read more
