My prior comment had a reply. This is my reply to that comment. I never stated you offered valet. My experience was they took money 2 times. My car was parked on side of garage and had only 2 hour park time. I have no gain by lying about what haplen. Maybe your employees have THIEIR HAND IN COOKIE JAR and your clueless. Not stating they steal or pocket money during the parking garage. If you don't have a garage for customer parking then prove I didn't have this experience. You have a blessed day

Unfortunately this was the probably the best priced one based off the location near the riverfront. Just pay the 12$ here if you plan to be here for an hour or two unless you can get in from a free lot by RTA

Was able to accept cash. Employee great to send me to valet Hilton place to park that accept cash. However the parking experience was the worse. I feel the attendant stole my 20. No one will tip 20 on 19 parking

Find literally ANY other parking. 2 tiny elevators for 8 floors of almost completely FULL parking. Disembarked cruise (with 4000 others) walk or shuttle to parking garage (another 15 minutes regardless of what you choose) only to wait in line for (another 30 minutes) to get an elevator. Get to the top deck and they tell us 27 cars got broken into (no valuables were visible or even present in our car). LAZ offered a refund (LOL) and that's it. 2 Lowe's trips to patch a window, an extremely loud 7 hour car ride & a $300 window... read more
