I prepaid for a cruise I was going on, when I got there, I was escorted to a different lot then shuttled back. After I got home, I received an invoice stating I needed to pay for the parking again. When I submitted the proof that I had already paid, I received a response that for $25 it would all be settled. They’re stealing money from the customers! BEWARE
Overpriced. Old. Super small compact spaces. Narrow ramps.Shuttle doesn't pick you up after cruise. You have to walk across tracks and down Julia Street . In the rain. One small elevator with a very long wait.
