Doy was amazing. He took very good care of us. The hotel was clean and any problems that took care of it immediately

The hotel is great, service is amazing. I love a welcoming and friendly front desk and room staff. This parking deck situation, however needs a little work. It's quite a hike between the actual hotel and parking garage, and the price for just ten minutes in the garage needs to be adjusted. Other than that, everything is top tier!

Made it to the hotel early and I was allowed to check in early. The front desk attendant even came from another area and pulled me out of line so I didn't have to wait. The room was clean and had extra towels :) As I was walking to my room, I passed by HVC desk and was stopped by Doy. He helped me understand what happened with another vacation package I purchased. He explained how the program worked. I purchased another vacation from him. Doy is very knowledgeable concerning HVC. He was easy to talk with and understand.

I absolutely hate this hotel. Every time I come here the experience is awful. The staff everywhere are rude, slow and unhelpful (especially the parking staff - complete garbage!) and the food and drinks in all the restaurants is terrible. I've never had such terrible food and poor service in a Hilton. I have to keep coming back because my hairdresser works in the salon in the health club, but I am now seriously looking for someone else. Which is a complete shame. Avoid this place if you can!
