Overpriced. Old. Super small compact spaces. Narrow ramps.Shuttle doesn't pick you up after cruise. You have to walk across tracks and down Julia Street . In the rain. One small elevator with a very long wait.
Great service staff is amazingly friendly and knowledgeable about the area
The garage itself was very cramped. I drive a Ford Focus and I was still nervous getting in and out of a parking space. The down and up ramps were downright scary. Was a little confused trying to find the down ramp. Two stars cause it was a place to park near the terminal, but on the drive out we saw at least 2 other places? My main concern was about the shuttle driver. While we were unloading from the way back, the driver asked for a tip. Decent and clean garage, friendly service, but there's multiple lights stroking due to going bad, which might cause a problem with people affected by flashing lights.
