I ordered online and the size was wrong. I drove from Brooklyn to cedarhurst to return it they wouldn’t credit me back but they said they will write it down in there book for a store credit. Now when I returned to use the store credit I was told they have no record of this credit. Basically they robbed my money. What a discussing way to steal money from customers. Shame on them !
What I thought was the products were of good quality but up close and personal neither the products or the personnel were up to par! As I introduced myself to the store I was approached by an Ogor, who profiled me and shouted across the store to the clerk behind the register. Hendrix at 8 o'clock. As our first lady said when they go low we go high! Another footstool, good luck Warren Buffet foretold of where retail is going! As well as being treated like an outsider who was raised and loved in Cedarhurst for 20 years!
