Fantastic!!! Jan 12/2026 there was a cancellation and I was called. Arrived, told the doctor I was having headaches, had the exam and was told I needed to see a eye doctor in Kamloops. When I confirmed travel arrangements for the next day, contacted Dr Vanderhorst and he did his magic and confirmed an appointment for me. When in Kamloops had the eye lazer treatment in both eyes and no more headaches. An hour after my lazer treatment Dr Vanderhorst's clerk called me asked me how I was and made a follow-up appointment. Friendly staff. Had an eye exam here. I thought the prescription was strong but was told it was correct so got a second opinion. It was off by .75 I'm both eyes. Glad I didn't go ahead with getting any glasses or contacts here.

Great folks! Dr Neil & staff were very thorough with their explanations & I felt safe & comfortable. Very relaxed atmosphere & staff seemed to love working there. I highly recommend staying in town for your eye appointments!
