Exceptional service and customer care, from our first communication! Everything very thoughtfully explained, as they needed to order our particular windshield ahead. Communication was excellent right through, and they went the extra 100 miles for us, in every way. Right down to showing us exactly what was done, and sourcing clips we needed to replace, NOT their responsibility! Sincere, efficient, warm and friendly throughout the whole process. We could not have been better cared for! We highly recommend 100 Mile Glass!!

Most unprofessional company I have ever seen... My husband did a shower job for them recently. Took almost 6 weeks to track down his payment.. we were told multiple times that the payment would be ready and the piece of glass for our truck (back window) would also be ready for pick up. Only to show up and have the shop closed. Took 6 weeks waiting on glass only to be told once I finally got involved that the glass was shipped to the wrong place, which I for one, do not believe we just called Kamloops and they have it ready w... read more
