The most friendly people in the medical industry work at 100 mile! The doctor was very thorough, and informative. The Nurses were so kind and thoughtful!

It would be VERY helpful for those of us that live outside of town ( or those visiting) to be able to see the hospital closures on the website! Right now, the emergency room is closed for 2 days, but the website still says it is open 24 hours. PLEASE! Also, how about being able to call a real person to get information on wait times, if my requisition was received, etc.

Went in the ER for an ankle + knee sprain. I was okay with the wait time even though I had to wait 3.5 hours just to be seen and then 1 hour just to get an xray. Waited one more hour for the doctor PJ to even act like he cared. He was dismissive about the concerns I brought up and didn’t really respond well to my questions. Maybe he had a bad day, maybe something else was going on, but as his patient, I felt disrespected and uncared. I hope he works on this. It is a small hospital with emergency room and lab for analysis. Sometimes it is closed due to shortage of doctors.
