Can count on them to be very lax about your car being vandalized in their parking garage. My car was parked in the parking garage over night while I was visiting a resident that is currently living in 100 Central condos. My window was kicked in, glass everywhere and a beer bottle was smashed over the top of my car. There are cameras, but only by the entrances of the building, so where my car was parked (where any of your guests would park also) the cameras were not watching.
