Ian and his crew have been repairing solar arrays for stranded solar customers. They take on what most companies will not. Ignore the review with the Generac system. No one will touch them. The parts are under warranty but not the labor. The Generac systems are garbage. Power Home solar sold thousands of them and most of them do not work. Power Home Solar is out of business like all the companies selling lease systems.
We were advised that all labor and parts were covered by our warranty and later received invoice for entire project. We discovered later that they are not an authorized dealership for Generac generators and were threatened with legal action if we didn’t pay. We paid entire bill to avoid litigation.
