I gave this shop way more chances than I should have. I brought them both my 2009 BMW 335i and my ProCharged Mustang because I wanted to support a local performance shop and trusted them with my builds. That trust ended up being a huge mistake. I had a very disappointing experience with this mechanic. The job I paid for was not completed, and the work that was done did not meet basic expectations. Communication was poor, and I had to follow up multiple times just to get updates. When you pay someone for a service, you expect the work to be finished properly and in a reasonable amount of time. Hoping that by leaving a bad review that the company will finally respond to my numerous emails and voicemails. Placed an order over 2 months ago. They created a shipping label a month ago, but never actually shipped the item. I'll remove this review if I actually receive this item and it works properly.
"Update 08-01-2025 I took the truck to another shop. They found that the brake shoes were installed backwards and the adjusters and spring were hanging free not hooked up. This is the reason the brakes were locking up. This was a sabotage job by a disgruntled worker that was quitting after butchering my truck." I wouldn't recommend this shop to my worst enemy.
