I had a very disappointing experience with this mechanic. The job I paid for was not completed, and the work that was done did not meet basic expectations. Communication was poor, and I had to follow up multiple times just to get updates. When you pay someone for a service, you expect the work to be finished properly and in a reasonable amount of time. Hoping that by leaving a bad review that the company will finally respond to my numerous emails and voicemails. Placed an order over 2 months ago. They created a shipping label a month ago, but never actually shipped the item. I'll remove this review if I actually receive this item and it works properly.
"Update 08-01-2025 I took the truck to another shop. They found that the brake shoes were installed backwards and the adjusters and spring were hanging free not hooked up. This is the reason the brakes were locking up. This was a sabotage job by a disgruntled worker that was quitting after butchering my truck." I wouldn't recommend this shop to my worst enemy. I wouldn't recommend this shop to my worst enemy. They totally butchered a rear brake job on my 1966 Ford pickup. They did not feel it necessary to replace the sixty year old brake flex line that was swollen and prevented free flow of brake fluid. It caused the rear brakes to lock up. I had asked them to replace that brake line. They said it wasn't leaking. 60-year-old rubber brake lines swell up from the inside, causing rear brakes to lock up and endanger my life.
