I was coming here for 5 months or more prices changed depending on who did my service. Every time I got the most expensive pedicure and it was no different then basic it was horrible she rubbed my feet for 3 mins each foot she was so rude . My nail tech was very kind and respectful - however I’m so disappointed with the outcome. Things were going great until the drying - I was told to wait 15 minutes to let it dry. The tech came at 15 minutes and smudged one nail entirely and the edges of another one. She apologized and quickly fixed it. I then waited another 10 minutes and was told I could go but to be careful with the retouch. Note that They have you pay halfway through. This was one of the worst nail salon experiences I’ve ever had. From the start, the staff was rude and made me feel rushed. The woman doing my nails kept telling me to “relax” even though I was already relaxed — something I’ve never had an issue with anywhere else. When I asked her to redo two nails she had messed up, she did fix them but gave me a hard time about it and acted like I was the problem. She was disrespectful the entire time.
