The administrative staff is useless. I had a membership with Searcy and moved to another state for work. I canceled my membership, and they asked me for documents to cancel it, like proof of where I was moving and things like that. The process was too long, and they continued charging me for four months until I spoke to my bank. Now it turns out that 10 Fitness sent me to collections for late fees.
