I’m happy to see other people are having better experiences than me. No one ever showed me around the gym. I was never taught how to use the equipment. Which after I complained I got offered to a free personal training session. Never did it though because I didn’t feel comfortable with my trainer. Felt very disliked. My mom went hospice in April & I wanted to change my membership/ maybe even possibly cancel my membership. The owner was very rude to me. The manager at the Cabot location is exceptional. He leads his team in a very positive manner and leads by example. The equipment and facilities are always clean. Any issues with either are promptly addressed. It’s a positive place to exercise and meet new people and friends.

The Cabot 10 fitness is really great i go to alot of gyms while running around and Lane , Ben and the rest of the crew really keep that gym nice and friendly

really great and helpful staff along with almost everything you could want in a gym as in free weights a whole room dedicated to cardio olympic weigh room and a room dedicated to women’s workouts. it’s a really cool place. so yea it’s basically awesome sauce!

The gym is fantastic with all their equipment but the staff, especially Ben Oden , my trainer is an outstanding human . He is very patient, has a big heart and helps in so many ways. I can’t say enough about how great a place it is to work out. I am 65 and only started working out a year ago, wish I had started earlier in life but it’s never too late . Can’t say enough good about Ben and Preston and Lane also. Thanks.
