I had been going to the gym for many years and its a decent starting gym but not much room for calethenics and with my kickboxing background I really needed the punching bag but they took it away so you can imagine my disappointment when I came back in June and saw the punching bag gone
Looking for a new gym since Genesis bought out LA Fitness in Arkansas. Clean facility, didnt see any gym influencers.
Adell is the absolute best trainer! She has helped me change my life mentally and physically. The entire staff is wonderful. I'm greeted by name, everyone is friendly and is always willing to help.
