Space is a little small compared to other 10 fitness facilities I’ve used, I didn’t see any separate locker rooms for men and women. Cool tanning beds and movie room. No women only training room :(
Whenever I am in town I attend these strength classes. Lauren is AMAZING! She takes her time to ensure everyone in class gets a good workout.
Since moving to the area in February i have been looking for a place to get into shape. I visited multiple gyms in the area and surrounding areas and couldn't find the right fit until i found 10 fitness. The staff is kind and courteous, the trainers are quick to help and answer any questions you may have. And it’s a wonderful atmosphere. On top of that it is CLEAN. I would recommend for any and all to come visit.
