Don't believe what you see. I agreed to rent a parking spot for my boat. To be safe, I made sure it was the largest one they offered. I have noticed that my rate has gone up significantly. My last payment was $183 per month. They are advertising the same space as a "standard rate" of $86 per month. When I asked about getting the rate adjusted to my unit, the employee stated, "To be completely honest, that rate is only for new customers." My belongings have been safe here for about 2 years.. That being said the cost for my unit has since more than doubled in price. About every other month we get emails saying they’ve raised the prices. I finally got frustrated enough to check the website and the base prices have not changed?? So they’re charging people more based on their longevity. We also store a boat there and have had the same problem.
