This has been a nightmare. I found out I had to move in 30 days so I needed a large storage unit along with 1 or 2 parking spaces for my shipping container and my RV. I found this 10 federal facility online and the move in prices were very reasonable and I liked the idea of everything being done via a kiosk instead of having to go to an office during office hours. I enjoy how you can open the gate with your phone! And its not alot for the unit either! Would recommend them to anyone! Best part is I could do it all online and didnt even have to speak with anyone!
We’ve only had a parking space here for less than a month, and I have had 2 separate instances with the gate not operating properly. Pretty frustrating not being able to enter, especially when the access is advertised as 24/7. -Derrick Gill
We’ve only had storage here for less than a month, but this entire experience has been pretty disappointing. When we first rented, the gate was open 24/7 ( I would guess they were waiting on a repair); however, we were not notified of this before we secured a parking space. Today, we try to drop off our boat, and the gate doesn’t open. Unfortunately, we’ve called their phone number for assistance, and have been unable to reach anyone. Parking space is under Derrick Gill.
