Very clean, don’t care for the impersonal automated, other than that prices are what it is, if I wasn’t on a fixed income, the price would more than likely be ok, yet prices are up on everything! Was easy to get a unit, the rep I talked to was very cool,helpful, listened well to my issues, and came up with a solution to what size unit I would need and tried to fit my budget! Overall, I’d definitely recommend this storage business to family and friends!
If you are looking for a clean, secure, well maintained and well managed storage facility …. 10 Federal Storage storage is where you need to be! I have been a customer for over 2 years. I think they are running a special offering 2 months free rental currently as well.
The process of acquiring rental was great, they make sure you’re happy with your rental. The customer service I experienced during the rental was very much appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a storage building.
