DO NOT RENT HERE. My unit was broken into and locked back up by their “maintenance” guy. Came in to find a new lock and a burglarized unit. Contacted Randolph County Sheriff’s Dept. They did an “investigation”, but couldn’t come to any conclusions because the cameras inside DON’T WORK. Insurance claim was denied. Contact me for videos and details, or call the sheriff’s department and just ask how many break-ins have happened there…RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK
Excellent facility. Clean and well maintained. Plenty of loading doors to unload items and not have a far walk to your unit!
I went to the facility to see what I signed up for. Getting in and registration was simple and efficient.
Due to the constant rate increases I will be taking my business elsewhere, I simply can not see paying almost $200 a month for a small unit when I started out at $50, I started out with a special, so I understood the first increase, it was agreed upon. But another increase within 4 months is absolutely absurd!
I've been a customer for the longest with them and never had an issue with them
