This is the worst storage for communication there is. I called to see why my bill went from &59 to $88. I could not get anyone in the phone. I did the put your number and stay in place. And they called back 2 days later. This is the second time I had to say something to them about my bill. My contract says $59 and that’s what I’m going to pay. The worst ever. I don’t know how yall get all these good reviews if you can never talk to any one
Easy processes. Just moved into the storage. So far so good.
It’s ok good location
Had a hard time getting in but was able to call and get help to get a new storage due to the one assigned to me jammed but they were very polite and helpful
Agent was very helpful and solved my concerns. Only problem was trying to get hold of agent. Took 2 days to get a call back.
