Crawling with bugs. I have never had an experience this bad where little roaches are in every box and bin I stored. Better now that the winter is here but we will not be using this storage center come spring. They are now raising our rent by 1/3 for the same unit we've had. Very unsatisfactory and we are leaving ASAP.
I was suppose to be pro-rated for 2 months. I only got the deal for the first month. I got to the gate and was given the wrong code. Once I put my stuff in my unit I came back the next day and the door was broken and not able to open. (This was done on the 25th of November). I called and rep send a request to a vendor and they never showed up. I was told it was for a part but still hasn't been fixed as of December 2nd. Easy to reserve, great staff and priced very well for what you get. On top of these comments, I had a issue with my unit and it was easy to call and get a tech to come out. No extra bs and staff is knowledgeable and super friendly
