No one working at the facility sucks. I have to call to tell them when the place is dirty,when the gates broke,when like this week the air is broke in the climate controlled building. Rent keeps going up service keeps going down. Air been broke over a week in my building think they will give me a credit prob not unless I call and beg for it. I'm 1 rent increase from moving out. I submitted a move-out request online in July after our storage unit was broken into for the second time. When you call, the automated system just directs you to complete the move-out process online—which I did. Despite this, I was surprised to receive a notice today saying I owe rent for August. I’ve called several times last month and again today, and no one ever answers.
