I am updating my review as I did have excellent customer service a few weeks ago upon returning to my unit I have since found they have padlocked the outlets outside of the unit that I was using as well as anyone else was using to run a drop cord to attach to a light so that we could see inside the unit in order to move stuff or find stuff as each unit that is enclosed indoors does not have any lighting whatsoever inside the units and when I called today, they told me that they no longer provide access to the outlets that th... read more
