I’ve spent nearly an hour on hold today—after already waiting over 30 minutes earlier with no call back. If you’re into long hold times, break-ins (twice in the span of 6 months 02/01 & 07/01), and repeated price hikes all within the same year, this is the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for storage. Edit: the audacity to leave a comment saying to contact you directly , when I’ve spent almost two hours on the phone is actually crazy.
Easy easy easy online signup. Very pleased with pricing compared to others in the area. Highly recommended!
