Explained everything perfectly. Very easy to communicate with and rent from. When I had issues accessing my unit they made it simple to regain access
I have rented from Federal Storage for 6 months. I am in the process of moving my items out of this storage unit. I have had not one but 2 leaks in my storage unit. I submitted a claim and still hadn’t heard back from the manager. They claim to be climate controlled that is a joke! The garage door that has a code set broken for over a month where anyone could access the facility. Every time I try to access the unit the gate won’t open with the code. It’s ridiculous!
