This is the worst company anyone could ever rent a storage unit with! I rented (all online and self guided) a 5x10 unit for an outrageous $99 every 1st of the month. I electronically signed the lease and paid $64 on 10/18/22 ($22 NON-REFUNDABLE ADMINISTRATIVE FEE) which makes no sense because I administered and guided myself through all the steps required to rent from these people. This is the worst company I have ever had the unpleasurable dealing with. you cannot get ahold of anyone except for customer service who basically can do nothing except charge mone
