The locations was good and easy to access. online rental was quick and easy. I had the paper signed and the codes 30 minutes later
The online process is easy and user friendly
Beware of late fees! I set up autopay and they do not run the payment, then charge late fees! First month was fine. Second month received notice of lien being placed due to payment not being made, no notification of autopay not going through. Called and was refunded late fees due to them being unable to explain why autopay failed. This month, I noticed autopay didn’t go through on the 5th, which is when it went through the first month, so called on the 6th, and was charged a late fee.
