I have been with this facility for a year and they have been one of the best places to store your things if your really looking for a good place please give them a try.

I was renting four storage units at 10 Federal Storage in Haw River and had opted into their insurance coverage. On July 6, 2025, severe flooding occurred, submerging the entire facility. Despite the urgency of the situation, we were not granted access to our units until July 10, 2025—leaving our belongings sitting in floodwater for several days. Worst people in the world to deal with they care nothing about their customers ,when you put your belonging in a facility and they allow your stuff to get stolen is bad enough (but they claim to have cameras )but when they know and they don't contact you is total negligence on there part.then the flood comes and they treat you even worse instead of hiring security to keep people from taking your stuff that you can salvage they make you wait till they set an appointment and then give you only a short time to go thru your stuf... read more

Since the flood I haven't been able to get in contact with anyone. It's like they're ignoring my calls since they have my phone number. Don't rent from here. They don't care about you or your stuff.
