Ease of access 24/7 is awesome. Once I figured out where my unit was able to come and go as many times as I liked any time of the day or night. Cameras everywhere. Very secure. Love that. I would not suggest getting a second floor unit because working the lift can be complicated. Just had a friend buy a storage unit here, and I can tell you if you prioritizes your safety I would steer clear of this facility.
I have to drive by this facility to go to work everyday (I work in the same complex), there's always trash outside and broken down vehicles at this facility. It doesn't look secure, the sliding glass doors are always wide open.
Been trying to get access and having issues. The lock number doesn't match. Start off we rented said OK so no lock. If there is one just call us at the number and will get you the code. OK any time yes anytime. Drove 1.5 hours with loaded truck to put in the storage and could not access it was after hours and the lady on the phone would not help. So 1.5 hours back home. Went today got both codes tp each room only one worked. Called and was hung up on during and never called back with the proper lock combination.
