Customer service was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Ease of moving to a bigger unit was easy and convenient.
I am SO disappointed with this service. When I signed up it said the unit I was purchasing was $75 for the first 2 months. Then $153 after that. Well my second payment went to $95, and the 3rd payment jumped to $175. I called multiple times being on hold for up to TWO AND A HALF HOURS! Have never gotten an live person to correct this issue. I will be canceling this account and taking my business elsewhere. 😠😡🤬 I'll gladly remove this review if the issue gets fixed.
My issue got resolved by Amy immediately. I'm so relieved that when systems break down, I can still talk to people.
