Very clean and very secure. Had a frustrating moment with my code. After that was address, everything has been great.
The reason it gets 5 stars is only for 2 things. 1) I did everything online and my unit was waiting on me to check in, which is very convenient these days. ANDDDDD 2) THEY ARE 24 HOUR ACCESS, which for the price that I paid, and in the area it's located (North Henry County) you can't beat the price!! And it's a safe location on a non major street
Setting up my rental was easy; the prices seem competitive with (or lower than) other places nearby; and the site is clean and secure.
I was in a time crunch with not a lot of money when I found 10 federal storage they was able to help me and get me in a storage unit that same day with only a few dollars. I would recommend them to anyone
