My experience with this storage facility has been far from ideal. When I initially rented the storage unit, I was provided with a unit number, a map, and the facility address. However, upon arriving at the location, I couldn’t find the assigned unit anywhere. I contacted customer service, and they advised me to follow the directions on the map.
