So far so good.. ONLINE RENTAL PROCESS IS SUPER EASY AND TAKES LESS THAN 5 MINUTES. ONLINE CHECK IN EVEN EASIER!!! That's as far as I've gotten in the experience but I'm hopeful my experience continues to be exceptional. If that changes I'll update my rating !

Great place! We needed it quick and were able to get it quick with no problems!!
Ill update when and if my experience changes. It took them two days to respond, absolutely wasting my time for me to only have to put in a brand new reservation and Because the information that the first person I called gave me was incorrect. I did not like the customer service that was provided over the phone and for non climate units it does seem a bit pricey. However, my unit was cleaned upon arrival seemed to be very well kept.
