Bought new tires from them which they installed & swapped out my chain & sprockets that I brought in. Great people and timing was awesome. Definitely on the better side of service I’ve gotten around Charlotte. Will be back for future work.
Incredible service at the bike shop. I have purchased 2 Stacycs and 2 adult e bikes with in the past few years and couldn’t be happier.
I had a long delay due to full staff turnover and a part supply chain issue, but the techs were responsive and honest, easy to deal with and they worked with me on a price that I could be comfortable with. I plan on using them in the future.
