Very unethical and scrupulous business dealings. Roommate went in to get an estimate on the price who was African-American when he came home and told me of the ridiculous cost I then went in and got a much lower price because i'm Caucasian... They also have a tendency to say yes we can do a repair and then take the item to be repaired without giving a cost up front and then hit you at the back end with the ridiculous amount for the repair. The one employee has a tendency to disparage Flint where they close their store

They did not do the job and deceived me. At first visit a lady at front desk requested to pay in front $85 for parts and $25 for the labor after the repair is done. Labor is not refundable. I paid in full 110$ in front. They kept my notebook for ~month and stopped responding to my request about status of the repair. I came after a month, and a lady, I talked first time, escaped quickly, when she saw me. Another representative, a gentleman, stated, that labor was $85 and parts were $25.
