Excellent service from Tow San Francisco! They arrived promptly, kept communication clear, and provided great care for my car. Would absolutely recommend to anyone in the Bay Area.
I would strongly advise against using this towing company. They required upfront payment via Zelle, then failed to deliver on their promises. I was told my tow would arrive within 30–60 minutes, yet two hours passed with no update. When I called back requesting a refund, I was told that if the driver did not arrive within 30 minutes I could receive one — even confirmed by a supervisor.
