excellent place to visit
Beautiful building with nice finishes, but can not live here due to some of the staff members. I've had sub-par interactions when visiting friends. Backing out of a purchase agreement after hearing feedback from current tenants.
Good finishes, but building staff front desk needs training on etiquette. Only some of the service staff is helpful, and help carry things and help make your life easier. Some just yap and don’t respect guest privacy at all. I heard them talk regarding tenants when people were in the lobby. Multiple times a particular staff member is not polite at all at the front desk and make snarky remarks. They act like they own the building, when they are sitting behind the desk.
