I had gotten an annuity through Farm Bureau 6 years ago. When I met with the agent he kept repeating how I would never lose money no matter what the market did. Unfortunately that wasn't true! I might not have lost money due to the fluctuation of the stock market but I lost money due to all the fees that Farm Bureau charged.
