As the owner of a mechanical company in Ontario I have to say I would hate to have to compete against this guy. John is truly a man of his word with high integrity. I took a chance and got him to go and assist my 75-year-old aunt with an furnace issue at her house. I asked him to go do a quotation for replacement and he ended up fixing her furnace saving her thousands of dollars. Could not have been happier with the service from Damien and 1up plumbing, what I figured was going to be a majorly expensive problem ended costing like 1/8th of what I figured it would. He was also no BS and told me exactly the work I needed done as well as gave me options on work I could do myself easily enough to save some cash. Definitely will be a repeat customer if I have any issues in the future :)
I can’t say enough great things about John and Damian! Worked in my furnace like crazy! John was here on a SUNDAY!! Customer service at its best!!
