Josh is the best!!! He found my ring in minutes! This ring means so much to me, it was my grandmas high school ring over 100 years old! Josh is definitely the guy to call!!!!
We had an extremely wobbly toilet on our main floor, with rusted loose flange bolts and the shutoff was also leaking. Steven was able to come out the same day and in time before we hosted a birthday party. Steven quickly diagnosed the issue and was upfront and clear with the estimate and did not try to upsell on anything. As a contractor myself the price was fair for being service work, especially on a Saturday. Steven was very polite and easy going. I would recommend Steven and 1-Tom again.
Steven came to my house to check on some plumbing issues, he was very polite, very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in an understandable way. I’d recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work done.
