I called 1 tom Yesterday on Sunday, they had someone out to look at my problem within an hour. My refrigerator was leaking and I was afraid it was gonna ruin the wood floors and then not want to wait till Monday. He access the situation pull the refrigerator around and it was not the ice Not the not the valve or the pan leaking, but said that refrigerator needed to be replaced.
