We called them just this morning, the day before the holiday weekend, and they came out promptly this afternoon, assessed the situation, quoted me an exact price. Did the job efficiently and thoroughly, made sure to test that it was all resolved, and the price I paid was the same as what I was quoted at the start, and perfectly reasonable for what they did on such short notice.
