This review is not about the plumber the company sent. It’s about the company’s billing structure. My toilet was a bit wobbly, so I decided to change the wax ring. I removed the toilet and pressed the area. I found the metal floor flange was broken. I decided to call 1-Tom-Plumber. We he arrived, he realized he did not carry the needed flange. A quick trip to the hardware store was needed. When he returned with the flange, since I had already prepped the site, he drilled two holes, set the flange in place, and reconnected th... read more
