My first-time experience with “1-Tom Plumber” was great! From the process of establishing the appointment and confirmation of the plumber’s arrival - it was all very professional. The best part was Jacob who did the work! Very professional and competent as well as being very courteous and helpful in explaining all of the various options we could choose to solve our problem!
This was my first time using 1-Tom-Plumber and I was so impressed! I called and explained that my toilet was leaking but that it was a slow leak that I contained and not an emergency. Despite that Taylor arrived about an hour later. He trouble shooted the problem, discussed a few options with me, shopped an idea, then completed the repair at a reasonable price. This is now the plumber I will always call first!
Jacob did an outstanding job. He came over to install a new shower head but ended up addressing issues that had he not observed, would have cost me much more money down the road. Very much recommend.
Taylor was great friendly and very polite.I will recommend your company.
