Wonderful experience. Adam was very pleasant when I called him after midnight with a leak in the house. He helped me over the phone figure out how to turn the water off to the house so I could save the cost of an emergency visit. The next morning Chris was out early to fix the problem. He was also very pleasant to deal with. Could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much.
Seaton was incredible! He came in and diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and had the job done quickly! He was incredibly professional and courteous! He even made arrangements to have the water damage looked. He truly went above and beyond.
EDIT (regarding company reply below): you have NOT attempted to reach me to rectify this issue. That is a lie. You know how to reach me and NO ONE from your company has called or emailed me. I would have responded directly to your reply but can’t do that. I’m finally getting around to posting this review. The service was done back in August last year.
