I called these guys at 6:40 and they were at my house within a half hour !!! I was having an emergency and they totally understood and sent someone here immediately!! The technician was polite and very knowledgeable he fixed a problem that another company created. Also the other company that I previously used advertises they are 24 hours - however they did not have someone on call and left me with a serious problem that 1-Tom Plumber fixed!!! Thank you Nick and Thank you 1-Tom plumber.
