I recommend 1 Tec Properties Tree Service 100%! I live in Elkhart and I had a big tree very close to my house. Some companies did not want to attempt to bring it down. Todd quoted me and the very next day his crew was here first thing in the morning. The service is exceptional. The price was great. So grateful to have found Todd and his crew!!
Another tree down by Todd and his crew. Silver Maple intown Goshen so location is tight but they did an amazing job just like last time. I appreciate the communication between Todd and myself regarding needs and wants. The work was great. Price was fair. Clean up was great. I asked for yard mats in front of my home and that was honored. I will not use any other tree service at any of my properties, only Todd and his crew.

Todd and crew we're reasonably priced, and strong communicators. Came out mid-winter to remove a rotted tree and grind the stump. When I realized the stump wasn't ground far enough several months later after the snow melt, he came back within 48hrs and ground the stump further. Didn't ask for an extra nickel. Thanks, Todd and crew!
Another Job well done, Todd took care of Mothers lawn in South Bend and our property in Mishawaka, Todd and crew do an excellent job. I'm happy the appearance of my home after the removal of limbs hanging over my roof, not to mention the safety aspect in stormy weather. I would recommend 1TEC for crane services, lawn care tree removal or a trim. I have trust in their work, they have the heavy equipment to do the job right and clean-up the mess. Thanks again Todd I did what you suggested the lawn is doing great.
