ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, DO NOT GO HERE! My printer was printing erratically, so I took it in for eval. $69 up-front charge to even have the printer looked at. Got a call shortly after dropping it off that nothing was wrong with it. Frustrated, I went back to pick it up and politely asked if they would refund part of the fee, since they did absolutely nothing.
