Under new management and it shows! Fully staffed office and customer service has improved greatly!
Well today I did not purchase a policy, but I was helped out very much. When I went in I didn't really know what coverages I had, but the two agents at 1 stop really helped me out today. They explained, not only the basic liability, but also all other coverages I could get. Anything from uninsured/underinsured, to personal injury protection was explained. The quote they provided me with was very low as well. I'll be back for sure. Very friendly environment, also quick service!
Worst employees there!!! And sooo rude!!! No manners what so ever just to ask a question on the phone they put me on hold for 15 minutes and never got on the line
Most HORRIBLE PLACE EVER!!!! i went in there today and it took them almost an hour to get my quote, also a lady i guess she was an manger (she shouldn't be a manager) she was ordering Fajitas on the phone and they barely opened their doors! I remembered my mom also having a horrible experience with this lady. This lady was suppose to take me off my mothers policy and what she actually did was cancel her whole entire policy. This place is a joke I go in just for copies of my id card and it takes over 45 mins the manager sucks
